Bio

Stephanie L. Schachter is a Senior Associate at Bongiorno, Montiglio, Mitchell & Palmieri, PLLC. Stephanie is licensed to practice law throughout the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the Federal Courts located in the Eastern District and the Southern District of New York. Throughout law school focused her attention on criminal law, graduating Brooklyn Law School with a Criminal Law Certificate devoting her studies to classes such as Federal Criminal Investigation with Judge Neil Ross, and interning at the New York City Police Department and Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduating law school went into the private sector where she has spent the last eight years bringing and defending lawsuits involving various claims including contract disputes, estate transactions, and wrongful convictions.  Stephanie has litigated and tried personal injury matters including premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases.  Stephanie also handles first and third party insurance coverage litigation.
