Bio:
Joseph Samuels is an Associate at Bongiorno, Montiglio, Mitchell & Palmeri, PLLC. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of Maryland. His practice is devoted to civil litigation and insurance defense.
Joseph graduated Washington College in 2016 and later graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2019. During law school he was a staff editor on the University of Baltimore Law Review
During law school, Joseph interned for the Honorable Shirely M. Watts in the Maryland Court of Appeals, the Honorable Michael A Wachs in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, and with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Organized Crime Division.
Following law school, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Fred S. Hecker, Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Carroll County before transitioning into private practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked at a national prominent civil litigation and insurance defense firms handling complex litigation as well as matters of general liability, premises liability, and construction accident claims.
