Thomas A. Montiglio was successful in obtaining a defense verdict in the case of Curry v. Suarmann, Supreme Court, Nassau County 2016 – Defense Verdict – The Plaintiff and the client were involved in an intersection accident where each driver had a stop sign and alleged that the other driver ran the stop sign, causing the accident. The point of impact was the front of the client’s vehicle and the passenger side of plaintiff’s vehicle. The jury returned a verdict of no negligence on behalf of the client.
