Angelo J. Bongiorno successfully argued that a plaintiff’s series of unreasonable delays prejudiced our client. In granting our client’s motion for summary judgment, Judge Theresa M. Ciccotto of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, held that plaintiff did “absolutely nothing” to move the case forward. As a result, the defendants were “unduly prejudiced in that they have been compelled to make motions, send correspondence and appear in court, to no avail.” The decision can be read here.
